THE COUVENT

It is also a place where one feels a little like home, in addition to having the advantages of versatility and space. With 18 rooms, a very large kitchen and multipurpose room of 1000 square feet, everything is designed to make your stay more enjoyable. If you decide to hold an event, our large room can accommodate 80 people and more than a hundred in cocktail. Whether you enjoy yourself in a group to cook, you get together to develop your strategic plan or you to relax from a few yoga classes, the Convent is for you. In short, you will feel much more at home than in a hotel and more at the cottage in the city. The Couvent is a new accommodation hybrid formula that combines warmth and friendliness, and at smart prices.

The Couvent is located on a beautiful site is on the shores of Lake Raymond, in Val-Morin in the Laurentians. In summer, the location allows you to enjoy a large outdoor swimming pool, badminton court / volleyball and a bonfire. Our dock on the lake you can swim as well as expeditions canoe and pedal boat (for the adventurous). For those looking to relax on the golden sand, there is a beach located less than 100 meters. The former path of the P’tit Train du Nord passes directly in front of the convent. Transformed into path in recent years, it is now, according to the season, a beautiful bike track and cross country skiing. It also provides access to the regional park of Val-David-Val-Morin and a network of hiking trails, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.

Aziza is a beautiful dancer and a wonderful teacher.

From the minute you arrive at Aziza Dreamcamp you know you are going to be challenged as well as have a good time. Aziza and her husband Eric have created a wonderful and supportive environment. From the beautiful scenery to the wonderful food the stage is set to expand your creativity and pursue your passion of the dance. Aziza is a beautiful dancer and a wonderful teacher. Her style is intensely focused but with a dose of compassion and of course a lot of laughter. The schedule is paced so that you can learn the presented material, bond with the other dancers and share experiences, and still have time for fun and silliness. I feel that I have grown as a person and a dancer and I plan on making next year my 3rd time at Dreamcamp!

IT WAS FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE AND HOT!!!!

Ok girls! Here it is!! IT WAS FANTASTIC, INCREDIBLE, UNBELIEVABLE AND HOT!!!! I don’t know where to start!!! We had so much fun! The food was delicious, the workshops where really interesting ( we had technique, a choreography, bollywood, taksim, improvisation, shimmys, jazz from the 30’s, analysis of the non verbal expressions of the dancers and a workshop on the stage fright… I could talk to you for hours about all of those workshops. We naught like crazy, we went zilling trough the forest, we had games (dream camp olympics), we went swimming to the lake etc…

Aziza was great as always. She gave us her 110% and more. We got to know her and what a great and sensible woman she is! She is really what she seem to be. Eric, her husband was there also to take care of us and always being aware of our needs. He was so great and really funny to!!

Quebec has been under a really hot and humid heat wave so we had weather like 40 to 43 degrees and they where adjusting the schedule so that we could go swim or take a break. And we had Popsicle breaks very often also!! It helped a lot!

We had video night witch was great and a bedazzling night. We where suppose to have bonfire night but because of the weather we could not, it was too dangerous but we found some other things to do.

The group was great and we all went along. I met some wonderful people and I’m defenetely going to be there next year! It’s worth every penny! We where treated like queens!! ;)

All I have to say for my experience is all positive and that I would have taken another week! We all cried when we left…

Payments & Refund Policy: Your $650.00 deposit is non refundable, only transferable one time only. Conditions and Responsibilities: Hold Harmless Clause : I assume all risks and hazards incidental to my participation in this retreat, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Aziza Dreamcamp and Aziza Raks Productions for any claim arising out of injury to myself (or others) or personal loss. Assumption of Risk: I am voluntarily participating in Aziza Dreamcamp with knowledge that it involves some inherent risks and danger. Acts of God: Also called “Force Majeure” clauses, relate to events outside human control, Meaning that in this case, Dream camp will be rescheduled to a later date to be announced. Insurance: You must be covered by medical insurance that is valid overseas. You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage, and emergency evacuation. Aziza Dreamcamp cannot be responsible for these expenses. Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the performance there under, including without limitation any claim to bodily injury, property damage or death, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Montreal, (Quebec), in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association and Quebec law. This agreement to arbitrate does not waive or modify the liability relates contained in the foregoing paragraph. Release of Liability: As a condition of acceptance each participant understands and has agreed to all information above and the following release of liability: I have carefully read the schedule of activities, requirements, the “Conditions and Responsibilities” provided by the brochure, and I am aware that the tour involves the risk of personal injury, death or loss (damage) to property. In consideration of the benefits derived by the trip, I voluntarily recognize and accept all risks thereof. I understand and agree on behalf of myself, my dependents, heirs, executors, and assigns, to release and hold harmless Aziza Dreamcamp Retreats and any of its officers, employees, agents, or representatives, from any and all claims, including but not limited to liability for delays, monetary damages, illness, injuries, death, or for the loss of or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. I agree to abide by the conditions set forth under the “Conditions and Responsibilities” and other sections as stated herein or elsewhere published. I affirm that I am covered by medical insurance, which is valid overseas. I affirm that I have not relied on any additional oral or written representation of Aziza Dreamcamp or their suppliers for executing this release. I further acknowledge receipt of this release and I understand and accept its terms and conditions.
