By reading the Terms of Use you are agreeing that the content and property of Aziza Online Classes cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, stored, redistributed or exploited commercially in any way without permission from Aziza Online Bellydance Classes.

Minors

The Website is not directed to persons under eighteen years of age. By using the Website or registering as a member, you are representing that you are eighteen years of age or older. If you are younger than eighteen years of age and would like to become a registered member of Website, you are required to have your parent or legal guardian contact us prior to your use of the Website

Aziza Online Bellydance Classes (Aziza.tv) may change the content, which includes prices, offers and content at any time. We do not provide a warranty or guarantee of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, timeliness or performance of information or content in the website. If there are errors in the information provided in the content of the website we expressly exclude liability for these inaccuracies, to the fullest extent that the law permits.

You can use any of the information or content at your own risk for Aziza Online Bellydance Classes will not be liable. It will be your responsibility to ensure that any products you purchase are suitable to your current requirements.

Online class device

Our website can be viewed on mobile, tablet and pc formats. If you are having any problems viewing our website look if your device is on the latest update.

We use the Zoom platform for our online live-stream classes.

Price of Courses:

All prices that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of booking. However, Aziza Online Bellydance Classes (Aziza.tv) reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices and special offers before you book.

Once you have paid for a course you will be sent email confirmation with within 12- 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive an email then please contact us at info@aziza.tv.

 

Class cancellation

You must notify us of cancellation or that you are unable to attend a minimum of 12 hours before the class is due to start. Your payment will then be moved to another class booking of your choice, depending on availability. If you do not notify us of cancellation you will be charged in full for the class and the booking amount will not be transferrable.

Occasionally it may be necessary for us to temporarily change the venue of a class, or postpone it to a later time or date. Where this occurs we will try to notify students either by email, text or phone with as much notice as possible.

We reserve the right to cancel any classes any time up to and including the date the class starts. Should this occur we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and a credit note will be raised.

 

Recordings  

If demanded Aziza Online Bellydance Classes will record the Online Class and sent a copy to student that attended the live class. The recording will be deleted from our system once a month. Your name, face and presence will never be seen in public view.

 

Responsibility for end users

You are responsible for the activities of all End Users who access or use the Services through your account and you agree to ensure that any such End User will comply with the terms of this Agreement and any Zoom policies. Zoom assumes no responsibility or liability for violations. If you become aware of any violation of this Agreement in connection with use of the Services by any person, please contact Zoom at violation@zoom.us. Zoom may investigate any complaints and violations that come to its attention and may take any (or no) action that it believes is appropriate, including, but not limited to issuing warnings, removing the content or terminating accounts and/or User profiles. Under no circumstances will Zoom be liable in any way for any data or other content viewed while using the Services, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any such data or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or content.

Zoom Obligations for Content.

Zoom will maintain reasonable physical and technical safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure of or access to Content, in accordance with industry standards. Zoom will not access, view or process Content except (a) as provided for in our Agreement and in Zoom’s Privacy Policy; (b) as authorized or instructed by Aziza Online Bellydance Classes, (c) as required to perform its obligations under our Agreement; or (d) as required by Law. Zoom has no other obligations with respect to Content.

Aziza Online Bellydance Classes does not accept any responsibility for technical safety or safety breaches within the platforms mentioned above.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

International Use

Due to the global nature of the Internet, you may be able to access this Website in countries outside Canada, and you agree to comply with all laws, regulations and rules regarding your use of the Internet and this Website, regardless of the country you are in when you access this Website. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Canada or the country in which you reside.

 

Online subscription

Subscribing to our Aziza Online Bellydance Classes entitles you to the following:

  • Access to unlimited group online classes for the duration of your subscription.
  • Access to our video library of live-stream recordings for the duration of your membership.

These terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between you and us. By buying Aziza Online Bellydance Classes or using Our Website free of charge, you agree to be bound by them.

We do offer the Services in all countries. We may refuse to provide the Services if you live in a country we do not serve.

In entering into this contract you have not relied on any representation or information from any source except the definition and explanation of the Services given on Our Website.

Subject to these terms and conditions, we agree to provide to you some or all of the Services described on Our Website at the prices we charge.

Our contract with you and licence to you last for one monthly payment. Any continuation by us or by you after the expiry of one month is a new contract under the terms then posted on Our Website. Your continued use of our Services after that shall be deemed acceptance by you of the changed Service, system and/or terms.

The contract between us comes into existence when we receive payment from you for a Service.

If we give you free access to a Service or feature on Our Website which is normally a charged feature, and that Service or feature is usually subject to additional contractual terms, you now agree that you will abide by those terms.

We may change this agreement in any way at any time. The version applicable to your contract is the version which was posted on Our Website at the time that the contract was made.

You do this by instructing us to allow subscription immediately, or as soon as we can. If you do that, we will give you Aziza Online Bellydance Classes Membership immediately and you lose your right to cancel your order.

If you give up your right to cancel, that will apply to any renewal of your Aziza Online Bellydance Classes Membership at any time from now.

You may not transfer your (Aziza.tv) Aziza Online Bellydance Classes Membership to any other person.

We reserve the right to modify the Aziza Online Bellydance Classes rules or system and to change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, without notice. Your continued use of the Aziza Online Bellydance Classes Membership after such modifications shall be deemed an acceptance by you to be bound by the terms of the modified agreement. The terms that apply to you are those posted here on Our Website on the day you join as a member.

Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.

You will pay all sums due to us under this agreement by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

Interruption to service

If it is necessary for us to interrupt the Services, we will give you reasonable notice where this is possible and when we think the down time is such as to justify telling you.

You acknowledge that the Services may also be interrupted for many reasons beyond our control.

You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss, foreseeable or not, arising from any interruption to the Services.

 

Online store terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

 

Liability

We do not accept liability for personal injury to any student attending Aziza Online classes.

As we are unable to interact with you directly during online classes, you take full responsibility for all and any injuries that arise before, during or after an Aziza Online Bellydance Classes. If you are concerned about an existing or future injury, you must inform Aziza Online Bellydance Classes via email of any injuries or medical conditions prior to class starting. Aziza Online Bellydance Classes cannot take any responsibility for issues relating to existing injuries or medical conditions. Aziza Online Bellydance Classes may recommend that you sit out of or adapt certain exercises or you may be advised not to join the class. In this instance, you will be refunded in full for your class booking.

Aziza Online Bellydance Classes do not accept any responsibility for technical safety or safety breaches.

We do not accept responsibility for any loss or expense due to circumstances beyond our control.

Prices

The price payable for Services that you order is clearly set out on Our Website.

We accept PayPal and major credit card.

The price charged for any Service may differ from one country to another. You may not be entitled to the lowest price unless you reside in the qualifying country.

Any details given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.

You will pay all sums due to us under this agreement by the means specified without any set-off, deduction or counterclaim.

If, by mistake, we have under-priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you.

 

Renewal payments

At any time before expiry of your Aziza bellydance Online Class Membership, you may access your Acuity account via Our Website to access your personal information and cancel renewal.

After one month and for each consecutive month, we shall automatically take payment from your payment card or Paypal account of the sum specified on Our Website and shall confirm the renewal of your Aziza bellydance Online Class Membership for a further period by sending you an email message.

Term and termination

This Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect as long as it is posted on any of our Website. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Website. We reserve the right to terminate your account or your access to our Website immediately, with or without notice to you, and without liability to you, if we believe that you have breached any of the terms of this Terms of Use, furnished us with false or misleading information, or interfered with the use of the Website by others. Other than the limitation set out above Aziza Online Bellydance Classes Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Interruption to services

If it is necessary for us to interrupt the Services, we will give you reasonable notice where this is possible and when we think the down time is such as to justify telling you.

You acknowledge that the Services may also be interrupted for many reasons beyond our control.

You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss, foreseeable or not, arising from any interruption to the Services.

As per the Terms and Conditions no material on this website or related courses can be copied or reused by anyone without the permission of Aziza Online Bellydance Classes.

 

Force majeure

Notwithstanding any other terms of this Agreement, Aziza Online Bellydance Classes shall not be liable for failure to perform hereunder if such failure is caused by an occurrence beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, strike, power outage or other industrial disturbance, failure of transport, denial of service attack, accident, war, riot, insurrection, acts of God or acts of civil or military authority.

 

Data security and protection

We ensure the security of any personal information we hold by using secure data storage technologies and precise procedures in how we store, access and manage that information. Our methods meet the security compliance requirement.

 

Governing law

This Agreement shall be construed under the laws of the Province of Québec, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and all disputes arising hereunder shall be filed exclusively in Quebec, including the federal courts therein, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and hereby waive any jurisdictional or venue defences otherwise available.

 

Payments & Refund Policy: Your $650.00 deposit is non refundable, only transferable one time only. Conditions and Responsibilities: Hold Harmless Clause : I assume all risks and hazards incidental to my participation in this retreat, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless Aziza Dreamcamp and Aziza Raks Productions for any claim arising out of injury to myself (or others) or personal loss. Assumption of Risk: I am voluntarily participating in Aziza Dreamcamp with knowledge that it involves some inherent risks and danger. Acts of God: Also called “Force Majeure” clauses, relate to events outside human control, Meaning that in this case, Dream camp will be rescheduled to a later date to be announced. Insurance: You must be covered by medical insurance that is valid overseas. You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, loss and theft of baggage, and emergency evacuation. Aziza Dreamcamp cannot be responsible for these expenses. Arbitration: Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the performance there under, including without limitation any claim to bodily injury, property damage or death, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Montreal, (Quebec), in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association and Quebec law. This agreement to arbitrate does not waive or modify the liability relates contained in the foregoing paragraph. Release of Liability: As a condition of acceptance each participant understands and has agreed to all information above and the following release of liability: I have carefully read the schedule of activities, requirements, the “Conditions and Responsibilities” provided by the brochure, and I am aware that the tour involves the risk of personal injury, death or loss (damage) to property. In consideration of the benefits derived by the trip, I voluntarily recognize and accept all risks thereof. I understand and agree on behalf of myself, my dependents, heirs, executors, and assigns, to release and hold harmless Aziza Dreamcamp Retreats and any of its officers, employees, agents, or representatives, from any and all claims, including but not limited to liability for delays, monetary damages, illness, injuries, death, or for the loss of or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions. I agree to abide by the conditions set forth under the “Conditions and Responsibilities” and other sections as stated herein or elsewhere published. I affirm that I am covered by medical insurance, which is valid overseas. I affirm that I have not relied on any additional oral or written representation of Aziza Dreamcamp or their suppliers for executing this release. I further acknowledge receipt of this release and I understand and accept its terms and conditions.
